The Tyrnos 12 is a lever drag reel which is smooth, strong and durable. The aluminum frame is lightweight but can withstand the serious strain of jigging monster Grouper and Jacks from the depths. This reel is a very good mid to heavy duty vertical jigging reel as the durable drag and line capacity make it a very suitable choice.
